wifi: ath12k: Drop hal_ prefix from hardware register names
Remove the hal_ prefix from hardware register names in ath12k_hw_regs
as the registers have been moved from ab->regs to hal->regs.
Tested-on: QCN9274 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.WBE.1.4.1-00199-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1
