[POWERPC] Select u-image as default image for Linkstation
Fixes image build error:
ln: accessing `arch/powerpc/boot/zImage': No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [arch/powerpc/boot/zImage] Error 1
make: *** [zImage] Error 2
