KVM: SEV: Hide "struct kvm_sev_info" behind CONFIG_KVM_AMD_SEV=y
Bury "struct kvm_sev_info" behind CONFIG_KVM_AMD_SEV=y to make it harder
for SEV specific code to sneak into common SVM code.
No functional change intended.
