spi: add devm_spi_new_ancillary_device()
Merge series from Antoniu Miclaus <antoniu.miclaus@analog.com>:
Add a devres-managed version of spi_new_ancillary_device() that
automatically unregisters the ancillary SPI device when the parent
device is removed.
