wifi: iwlwifi: fw: separate out old-style dump code
There are two dump paths: new "ini" style, and the old,
more driver-centric, way. Separate out the code for the
old way into a separate dbg-old.c file, to simplify.
Fix a typo ('trasport') along the way.
