wifi: rtw89: mcc: trigger FW to start/stop MCC
According to Wi-Fi/BT roles' settings, we fill corresponding H2Cs (host to chip packets). Then, following MCC (multi-channel concurrency) pattern, we send these H2Cs as planned. Eventually, the trigger H2Cs will be sent to tell FW to really start/stop MCC.
