net/mlx5: LAG, block multipath LAG for SD devices
SD devices are not compatible with multipath LAG since they use
dedicated SD LAG for cross-socket connectivity. Add an SD check
to the multipath prereq validation to prevent multipath LAG
activation on SD-configured ports.
