soc: fsl: cpm1: qmc: Handle QUICC Engine (QE) soft-qmc firmware
The QUICC Engine (QE) QMC can use a firmware to have the QMC working in 'soft-qmc' mode. Handle this optional 'soft-qmc' firmware.
