hwmon: (powr1220) Upgrade driver to support hwmon info infrastructure
Reduce code by using devm_hwmon_device_register_with_groups() API by devm_hwmon_device_register_with_info() API. The motivation is to reduce code and to allow easy support for similar devices by the same driver.
