Pull drm fixes from Dave Airlie: "Weekly fixes. The amdgpu had a few small fixes to display flicker on certain configurations, however it was found the the flicker was lessened but there were other unintended consequences, so for now they've been reverted and replaced with an option for users to test with so future fixes can be developed.
