i.MX arm64 device tree changes for 5.3:
- Add i.MX8MQ based Librem5 devkit support.

- Add OCOTP device node for i.MX8QXP.
- Various device addition for LS1028A: SATA, qDMA, USB, Mali DP500 and
temperature sensor.
- Random minor coding style improvements.
