[CRYPTO] camellia: Code shrink
Remove unused macro params.
Use (u8)(expr) instead of (expr) & 0xff,
helps gcc to realize how to use simpler commands.
Move CAMELLIA_FLS macro closer to encrypt/decrypt routines.
