wifi: iwlwifi: mvm: update documentation for iwl_nvm_channel_flags
Enhance the documentation for the enum iwl_nvm_channel_flags to
provide better clarity for NVM_CHANNEL_IBSS and NVM_CHANNEL_ACTIVE flags
