dt-bindings: vendor: add taiguanck
Add the "taiguanck" vendor prefix for Shenzhen Top Group Technology Co., Ltd.
The prefix is derived from the vendor's website domain:
www.taiguanck.com/en/, which uses "taiguanck" as the primary
identifier of the company.
