x86: unify include/asm/agp_32/64.h
Same file, except for whitespace, comment formatting and the usage of wbinvd() instead of asm volatile("wbinvd":::"memory"), which is the same. Signed-off-by: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de>
