dt-bindings: iio: light: Drop BU27008 and BU27010
The ROHM BU27008 and BU27010 RGB sensors got cancelled. I was informed
they never reached mass production stage.
Keeping the bindings around is waste of maintenance resources. Drop the
bindings.
