Using an uninitialized variable resulted in a system exception when the
user typed the `ls -r` command.
ShellOpenFileMetaArg() only allocates a list head when this is NULL, and
appends to whatever it points at otherwise.

Extract a PrintLsOutputCurr() function to decrease
the size of PrintLsOutput().
The patch also rationalize the usage of the Found
parameter:
- Found is updated only when a valid MetaFile is found
- a IsRecursive variable is created to distinguish
the first PrintLsOutput() call from the other
recursive ones.

Extract a MainCmdXXX() function for each shell command.
This command contains the possible operations the command aims
to operate. The ShellCommandRunXXX() function from which it
is extracted is only responsible of:
- initializing the shell/command environment
- parsing the command parameter and creating a Package
- freeing the Package

This patch aims to help breaking down the long function present in
the ShellPkg and reduce complexity/nested code and conditions.
Return directly if ShellCommandLineParse() returned an error Status.
In such case, the "Package" that should be allocated by
ShellCommandLineParse() is already freed in:
ShellCommandLineParse()
\-ShellCommandLineParseEx()
\-InternalCommandLineParse()
so there is no need to free it with ShellCommandLineFreeVarList().
Note:
Cd:
Return directly if ShellCommandLineParse() returned an error
Status. The initial code was ignoring the error status.
Cp:
Only check for ShellGetExecutionBreakFlag() if
ShellCommandLineParse() returned successfully. If the command
line failed to be parsed, there should be no need to check for
the execution break flag.
No functional change should be induced by this patch.

In Shell spec 2.1 the return name of EFI_SHELL_PROTOCOL.GetCurDir() is defined as 'fs0:\current-dir' while in current implementation it's 'fs0:\current-dir\'.
To follow spec the patch removed the redundant '\' char.
Since it has been broken for a long time, some codes may depend on the broken behavior.
After this change 'EFI_SHELL_PROTOCOL.GetCurDir()' and 'UefiShellLib.ShellGetCurrentDir()'
will return a current directory string without tailing '\' (fs0:\current-dir), the value of Shell environment variable 'cwd' will become 'fs0:\current-dir' as well.
This patch has updated all the code in EDKII to make them depend on the new behavior.
Developers should check whether 'GetCurDir()' and 'ShellGetCurrentDir' are used in their source code.

EFI_UNSPECIFIED_TIMEZONE means display local time. TZ of 0 is UTC.
Thus EFI_UNSPECIFIED_TIMEZONE means ignore TZ, 0 means UTC. When this code is
fixed to adust file TZ to local TZ you need to preserve
EFI_UNSPECIFIED_TIMEZONE.
FAT always return EFI_UNSPECIFIED_TIMEZONE.
Modern filesystems, HFS+, NTFS, ext3, etc store time in UTC.

This has no change in the behavior of the LS command, but it removes the printing logic from the main recursive function. This is the first step toward changing the code flow without affecting the look and feel.
The long term goal is correcting the recursion to be more clean and useful to users.

library (but as 2 functions instead of 3). This allows for users outside of the shell itself to have access to these functions.
1) Remove the 3 functions out of the shell's internal library (ShellCommandLib)
2) Add a new library class (PathLib)
3) Add an instance of this class (BasePathLib)
4) Change all internal shell callers to use this new library class.
