MdePkg: BasePeCoffLib: Record security data directory
Add a new field, SecurityDataDirectory, to PE_COFF_LOADER_IMAGE_CONTEXT
that records the security data directory of the image. This occurs when
PeCoffLoaderGetImageInfo is called.
