ShellPkg/UefiShellDebug1CommandsLib: Fix memory leaks in help display
HiiGetString() returns a dynamically allocated string that must be
released with FreePool(). In MainCommandDisplayHelp() and
HMainCommandDisplayHelp(), the returned InfoString is printed but
never freed, leaking memory each time the help screen is displayed.
Release InfoString after ShellPrintEx() in both functions.
No functional change intended.
