ArmPkg/SmbiosMiscDxe: Handle NULL strings in SetBiosVersion

HiiGetString() may return NULL, which would cause a NULL pointer
dereference in StrCmp() and StrLen(). Add NULL checks for
DefaultVersionString and Version before using them.

Treating a NULL DefaultVersionString or Version the same as an empty
or default version also allows the firmware version to be taken from
PcdFirmwareVersionString in that case, preserving the existing
fallback logic without changing behavior when both strings are valid.
