DynamicTablesPkg/HwInfoParser: Rework FdtGetIntcNode()
Rework FdtGetIntcNode() to prepare for following patches
which will allow to make the distinction between
interrupt-controller nodes and interrupt nexus nodes.
Add the following functions:
- FdtGetIntcParentNode()
- FdtIsIntcDomainNode()
No functional change.
