MdeModulePkg Variable: type case VolatileBase to UINTN directly
Simplify
((UINTN) ((UINT8 *) VolatileBase + VolatileBase->Size))
to
((UINTN) VolatileBase + VolatileBase->Size)
This patch prepares for adding emulated variable NV mode
support in VariableRuntimeDxe.
