OvmfPkg/VirtMmCommunicationDxe: add SVSM support
When running on SVSM check whenever SVSM_UEFI_MM_PROTOCOL is supported, and if
that is the case send MM communication requests to the SVSM (instead of the
qemu uefi-vars device).
