DynamicTablesPkg: Rename the DMC 620 PMU generator
Rename the DMC-620 PMU generator and its Configuration Manager objects
to remove the DMC-620-specific naming.
Update the generator ID, library paths, parser definitions and associated
documentation to use generic DMC PMU terminology.
