OvmfPkg/IntelTdx: Update TDVF README.md
TDVF cannot be mapped as a pflash device.
The script referenced in README.md must use the -bios option instead.
TDX support in QEMU and KVM has been upstreamed,
so the URLs should be updated to point to upstream repositories.
