DestroySpdmDeviceContext freed the SPDM_DEVICE_CONTEXT without removing
its node from mSpdmDeviceContextList, leaving a dangling pointer that
GetSpdmIoProtocolViaSpdmContext could later dereference on systems with
multiple DOE devices (use-after-free), plus a leak of the per-device
list wrapper. Remove the matching list entry and free its wrapper before
freeing the device context.
