DynamicTablesPkg: Add PL050 SSDT generator
Add a Dynamic Tables generator for Arm PrimeCell PL050 keyboard and
mouse interfaces.
Introduce Configuration Manager objects describing the interface
type, MMIO base address, and AML Extended Interrupt attributes.
Generate one SSDT containing the configured PL050 devices under \_SB.
Describe the KMIDATA, KMICR, and KMISTAT registers followed by the
interrupt resource. Use Memory32Fixed for ranges within the 32-bit
address space and QWordMemory for higher addresses.
