EmbeddedPkg: enable -DDISABLE_NEW_DEPRECATED_INTERFACES
Define DISABLE_NEW_DEPRECATED_INTERFACES on the compiler command line by
default, to prevent deprecated interfaces from being used in core EDK2
code.
