AlderlakeOpenBoardPkg: Stop using PeiCore private data
PeiGetFvInfoLib and OpenBoardPlatformInitPostMem were using
PeiCore private data structures to locate the current firmware
volume handle. This is not part of the PI spec and breaks
whenever the PeiCore internal layout changes.
Replace this with the public PeiServicesFfsFindNextVolume() and
PeiServicesFfsFindNextFile() PPI services.
