- Match the downstream machine name of "fbdarwin"
- This way, we can keep a downstream "switch" that changes the build from current Meta-OpenBMC image to LFOpenBMC.
- We need the machine names to match so upstream layers and conf files can be pulled.

[1] disabled redfish-allow-deprecated-power-thermal by default in
bmcweb and set a June 2026 date for its removal.
Follow bmcweb and disable redfish-allow-deprecated-power-thermal.
Cleanup places that already disabled it.
It has been 5 years since Redfish put out the improved PowerSubsystem
and ThermalSubsystem. bmcweb has had those enabled by default for 1.5
years. Cleaning these up allows for removing
redfish-allow-deprecated-power-thermal easier next year.

read-only
Platforms could use this common script when hard power-cycling.
Remounting the filesystem as read-only helps in avoiding possible data corruption.
Test Plan:
- Add logic around using this script inside yosemite4.
- In yosemite4 a sled cycle is hard powercycle of the whole platform.
- See the filesystem being remounted as read-only when calling sled-cycle
...

Move the initfile install point to be a subdirectory rather than
directly in `/usr/libexec/phosphor-static-norootfs-init`. This
simplifies the top-level `init` script. It also allows us to install
utilities that can be reused across scripts without them being
automatically triggered by `init`, since utilties can go in the package
root and the needed init scripts go into `initfiles`.
Tested:
Confirmed R/W mount is still running correctly.

root@yosemite4:~# mount | grep etc
overlay on /etc type overlay (rw,relatime,lowerdir=/etc,upperdir=/run/mnt-persist/etc-data,workdir=/run/mnt-persist/etc-work,uuid=on)

Now that the platform-init repo has been approved, move the code out of
this repo, and point to the new location. Additionally, move the recipe
into phosphor now that it is generaly accepted.
