meta-facebook: catalina: Improve GPIO logging and adjust deassert delay
- Refactored logging function to use input arguments directly,
eliminating unnecessary local variables.
- Add a 100ms delay in the deassert event to prevent incorrect log
sequencing (deassert followed by assert) caused by a short low pulse..
