meta-facebook: harma: retrieve aegis vr version when power-asic-good is high
The power-asic-good GPIO pin indicates when the Aegis board's power is stable
and the VRs are ready for access. Therefore added to retrieve the VR versions
when the power-asic-good GPIO pin is high.
