meta-ibm: Remove installation of ibm dump plugins
ibm dump plugins are intended to be moved from
phosphor-debug-collector to openpower-debug-collector
repository.
Installation of these plugins shall be done
directly from meson in the respective repository.
Linking of these plugins would be done from
openpower-debug-collector recipe.
This change removes the installation and linking
of these plugins from phosphor-debug-collector recipe.
Tested:
Verified that plugin scripts are getting installed
from openpower-debug-collector repository and
BMC Dump collection is successful.
