meta-ampere: mtmitchell: enable PostCode
Enable PostCode from the phosphor-host-postd to support OEM Boot
Progress.
Tested:
1. Get Boot.Raw tree:
root@mtmitchell:~# busctl tree xyz.openbmc_project.State.Boot.Raw
