meta-ibm:dump: Increasing bmcdump size for p10bmc
Increasing the bmc dump size for ibm systems as the
current size 200KB is not sufficient and have seen
larger files i.e. journals are getting skipped.
Hence increasing the max size of a dump to 20MB.
Tested:
-After increasing the size journals are getting collected
in BMC dumps.
