meta-facebook: harma: Remove updates from local config
Remove cpld, i2cvr, eepromdevice and bios software update configs
from harma local config, as they are already added to facebook
global config as part of
https://gerrit.openbmc.org/c/openbmc/openbmc/+/81911 and
