meta-facebook: Exclude Terminus MCTP addresses from FruDevice scanning
Summary:
# Description
Stop the Yv4 BMC from reading and writing addresses 0x32-0x35 on the NIC
bus, they serve no useful purpose and interfere with NIC boot process.
# Motivation
Added Terminus MCTP addresses to blacklist.json.
