meta-google: layer.conf: Revert 45725 and add honister as Yocto release
Reverting the changes in
https://gerrit.openbmc-project.xyz/c/openbmc/openbmc/+/45725
and adding `honister` to LAYERSERIES_COMPAT for the next Yocto release.
