meta: yosemite4: Rewrite monitor-pldm-sensor
The original monitor-pldm-sensor contained errors when checking sensors
, so it has been rewritten.
To avoid monitor-pldm-sensor spending too much time retrying, which
prevents multi-user.target from completing, and thus blocks
power-related operations, its startup order has been moved to after
multi-user.target.
