meta-ibm/sbp1: phosphor-pid-control: Configure MAX6639
Set registers in MAX6639 according to IBM.
- Unmask Channel 1 faults and mask Channel 2 faults
- Set PWM Mode and set RPM range to 16000
- Enable Minimum Fan Speed
- Disable Fan Spin-up and THERM-full-speed enable
- Set Fan PWM frequency to 25kHz
- Set Max Tachometer Count to 255
- Set Pulses per revolution to 2
- Set Fan Min Tach Count to 0
- Set temperature limits:
40C (ALERT), 50C (THERM), and 60C (OT)
Tested: The registers are properly configured in all PWM
controllers.
