meta-facebook: harma: ensure sgpio ready before PSU sensor polling
Add `Before=xyz.openbmc_project.psusensor.service` to the service unit
to guarantee `multi-gpios-sys-init` runs before PSU sensor polling starts.
This ensures BMC SGPIO ready signal is asserted before CPLD drives SGPIO
output, preventing invalid sensor readings such as MB_P3V_BAT_VOLT_V.
