meta-nvidia: meta-gb200nvl-obmc: add mctp
Include the Code Construct mctp recipe to pull in the mctp daemon
(mctpd).
On this platform, the BMC talks MCTP over USB to the GPU for various
manageability functions. Mctpd will perform MCTP enumeration and create
MCTP D-Bus object to enable other applications (such as dbus-sensors) to
discover the MCTP network.
