meta-facebook: darwin: Support Host and Chassis power cycle
Description:
- Support Host and Chassis power cycle through phosphor-state-manager
Test Plan:
- Chassis Power Cycle:
1. Use the Redfish endpoint to perform a chassis power cycle:
- Endpoint: POST /redfish/v1/Chassis/Darwin_Chassis/Actions/Chassis.Reset
- Payload: {"ResetType": "PowerCycle"}
2. Check:
- The front-panel console shows logs of the BMC rebooting
- Checking connectivity while the x86 is rebooting (x86 doesn't respond, as expected) and running "uptime" after the reboot finishes yields a correct time interval.
- Host Power Cycle
1. Use the Redfish endpoint to perform the x86 power cycle:
- Endpoint: POST /redfish/v1/Systems/system/Actions/ComputerSystem.Reset
- Payload: {"ResetType": "PowerCycle"}
2. Check:
- The obmc-console show logs of the x86 rebooting after hitting the endpoint.
