meta-fii: meta-mori: Add phosphor-ipmi-blobs-binarystore
Add phosphor-ipmi-blobs-binarystore package with the config support
for Mori. The EEPROM is at bus 4 behind mux channel 3 as virtual bus
42 and its address is 0x55.
