meta-facebook: catalina: sel-logger: Enable log-watchdog
Enable log-watchdog to allow sel-logger to monitor IPMI watchdog timeout
events and record them as event logs. This enhancement ensures better
system diagnostics and failure tracking by capturing watchdog-related
event log.
