meta-facebook: clemente: add I2C mux reset to fix unresponsive mux
Accessing the I2C bus connected to the CX8 while the host is powered off
may cause the I2C mux to become unresponsive.
To address this, introduce a reset_i2c_mux() function before binding the
I2C mux to ensure the driver probed correctly.
Additionally, call reset_i2c_mux() again after the mux is bound to avoid
potential hang issues, as the CX8 TMP421 driver binding is automatically
triggered when the kernel probes downstream devicesdefined in the device
tree.
