meta-google: gbmc-nic-config: Add subordinate neighbors
Some of the routers in our labs don't understand how to route the entire
subnet to the primary neighbor for the network. We need to proxy all of
the neighbor entries for all nodes in the system, so the router can
forward all their traffic to us.
