meta-nvidia: fix issues with the nvidia pkg grp
There were few issues that this commit fixes:
- A typo with the recipe directory name
- A couple of packages where part of obmc-system-mgmt, which itself had
been removed from the image.
- There was an rdepends on the system extras package, but nothing
provides it
Tested: With this change, dbus-sensors apps are actually in the rootfs
