meta-facebook: yosemite4: Enable USB serial
Enable USB serial kernel configuration for yosemite4.
Tested:
- check usb-serial devices
root@bmc:~# ls /sys/bus/usb-serial/devices/
ttyUSB0 ttyUSB1 ttyUSB2
