meta-ibm: p10bmc: Install gdbserver
gdbserver can invoke or attach to running processes to expose a network
interface for a remote gdb connection. From there the instructions for
remote debugging in the Poky Reference Manual can be used to inspect the
state of processes on the BMC at runtime:
